Yes! We ask you to provide all necessary cleaning tools and supplies. After the appointment is set up, our scheduling manager will send you the list. If you don't have time to prepare them, some of our cleaning staff can bring the tools with a surcharge. However, there might be times when the cleaner who can bring the tools is not available for your time slot, so we recommend you contact us as soon as possible.

Although, we cannot guarantee 100%, we will try our best to find the soonest spot to fit you in. However, contacting us at least 3 or 4 days before the date you would like to have the service on will be smoother for scheduling🙂

Yes you can!😊

For services on weekends and national holidays, there is a holiday surcharge (10,000). Also you should give us at least 2 or 3 days of advance notice so we can work with our schedule.
